Payment

If you decide to go ahead with TCH hiring products, a 50% non - refundable deposit is required 30 days after the quotation is sent. The remainder of the invoice is payable 2 weeks before the hire period. However, if it is under our $200 minimum order, the full balance is required. Payment can be made via direct transfer or credit card. We only accept Visa and Mastercard. (Amex is not accepted).

 

Cancellations

All cancellations shall be placed in writing and dated with an effective invoice number. No verbal cancellations shall be accepted, this is to minimise any misunderstanding. Cancellation will see the loss of any paid deposits. Any outstanding payments will not be charged. Unless cancellations are within 30 days of effective hire date.  Cancellations within 30 days incur a 100% cancellation fee due to loss of opportunity.

 

Bond

All bonds must be paid in full before receiving the product. All bonds will be held by the TCH until safe return/pickup of products, in line with the hire agreement.  All products are to be returned in equivalent condition - In which all bonds will then be returned. The bond may be held for an additional and reasonable time to process any subsequent loses to the business, 1) Any damage to the product, 2) products being returned late 3) a product requiring an extension to the agreed return date. If a bond was received by the Hirer via digital means, then the Client must allow a 3 business day for process bond return. 

The amount of bond will vary according to the number of products hired to the client.

 

Insurance

Once products have been delivered/received ,the Client accepts all responsibilities and liabilities until they have been received by the TCH. The Client is responsible in maintaining all appropriate policies of insurance, covering liability, property and casualty insurance in amounts necessary to fully protect the Hirer and their products against all claims, loss or damage. TCH is not responsible for any injury that may occur to persons over the hire period or thereafter due to any products supplied by the TCH.

 

Loss or Damages

Should any product/s become lost, stolen or damaged when in possession of the Client, the Client shall immediately notify TCH in written means along with a photo. The Client agrees to pay for all products lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or not returned to the Hirer. This includes tools provided to you to help construct our arches etc. All costs will be paid to TCH based on the current pricing and availability of the products on the market. Should no equal product be found by the Hirer then the Client shall reimburse the TCH the cost via bank transfer or will accept credit card payment only. All reimbursements shall be paid within 48hrs of the drop off of all products and maybe subject to late fee/extension fee if overdue.

 

Props & Furniture

From time to time minor wear and tear may occur, in which clients are advised, and provided the opportunity to assess quality inline with consumer expectations before hire. Once the client has agreed and signed for acceptance, any further damages may incur subsequent charges  inline with supporting statements.

 

Cleaning

We ask you to clean the products and return them in the same condition as hired. Should any facial or cosmetic disfigurement occur during the time in which the product is in possession of the client, TCH shall judge and charge a damage fee to the Client.

 

Cylinder Vases and Candle Holders 

If real wax candles are to be used in our  cylinder or candle holders a cleaning charge will be applied. Please advise TCH the type of candle prior to use. Any items under the amount of 40 units returned unclean and with wax will incur a flat fee of $60. Items from 40 - 100 units will incur a $100 fee. 100 + units will incur a flat fee of $150. Alternatively, we kindly ask that you return the product/s in  it’s received condition.

 

Hire Period - 4 days

The Collective Hire allow a 3-4 day Hire Period. Should the client fail to return the products within the allocated time frame, then the client will incur a late fee/extension fee, see below for conditions.

 

Late Fee/Extension Fee 

A cost will be incurred of 10% of the hiring cost for every day the products have not been returned. This sum will be taken from the bond received by the TCH from the clients for the products. A late fee for hiring goods for additional days will only be exempted if agreed and signed off by TCH.

 

Client pickup

Pick up of items shall occur on Thursday - Monday between 10am to 4pm at the location of the Hirers’ business premises, Unit 11/67-69 Lords Rd, Leichhardt. 2040. Should delivery be required, the client and TCH will confirm in writing, a time, date and address for drop off and collection. If the client wishes to collect items on other days, please contact the hirer directly.

 

Drop off

Drop off of items shall occur at the above mentioned business location and warehouse opening times on the agreed date.
